Shipping

Free UK delivery on every order. Each piece is made to order and prepared with care, usually dispatched within three to five working days, then sent on a tracked service.

We ship worldwide on a tracked service. Any import duties outside the UK are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

If a piece is not right, you may return it within 28 days of delivery. Items should be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging.

To start a return, email contact@pennywell.art with your order number. Made-to-order and digital items may be subject to limits where permitted by law.

Faulty or damaged items are replaced or refunded in full.
